This Giant Golden Swan, known in Thai as hong thong yak, stands at Wat Huai Leuk, a temple in Prachuap Khirikhan. It reportedly initially had a bell hanging from its beak, but this was removed on the request of the local authorities as is was deemed a hazard for —and because of— the traffic rushing by underneath it and the aerodynamic turbulence this causes.
