The Fea's Muntjac or
Fea's
Barking Deer
is one of 15 subspecies of
Barking Deer,
of which eleven are spread across Asia.
It is similar to the Common Barking
Deer, but has short, brown hair, whilst the underside of its tail is white.
The Fea's
Barking Deer is furthermore just one of two species of Barking Deer that reside in Thailand, the other one being the Common Barking Deer, also known as the Red Muntjac or Indian Muntjac.
