False Clown Anemone Fish are eye-catching fish with a variable orange to brownish-orange body and are popular aquarium fish. It occurs both in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, especially near Koh Lohsin (เกาะโลซิน), an island off the coast of Narathiwat.

It has 3 white bands that are finely lined with black, at its head, trunk and tail, whilst the fins are also edged with black.
