The observation tower of the Cultural Arts Center and Buraphachan Park in Songkhla's Ra Noht District, with in the front a bronze statue of Ganesha, flanked by the statues of four teachers. Besides of organizing cultural events, the center also features a permanent exhibition on the culture and life of the region, most notably a room with a collection of model boats, and some elephant bones.
