The coat of arms
of
Krabi shows two crossed swords (krabi) from ancient times, as
excavated in this province. Once an important weapon and object of war, they
became the province's logo and name. The mountain in the background is
Phanom Benjah, at 1,397 meters the highest mountain in the province.
