The Chinese Goose is the domesticated breed of the wild Swan Goose. It is somewhat larger, males have a more prominent basal knob, and it also exists as a white variety, seen here.

Unlike Swan Geese, white form Chinese Geese have a totally orange bill, and unlike males of either breed, females don't develop a large basal knob over their upper mandible.
