A first winter Black Drongo, spotted in Khajuraho, at the Khajuraho Monuments (fig.).

This immature bird has brownish-black wings and diffuse greyish scaling on the fringes, lower breast, belly and rump.

Near the vent, this diffuse greyish scaling becomes lighter in colour and forms whitish patches.
