Thailand has many native butterflies, including the one in the photo on the left, that is a female Great Mormon (fig.). In Thai they are called phi seua.

 

The photo on the right shows a Common Mormon, i.e. a tailed female, which belongs to the stichius form. See also List of Thai Insect Names.
