Thailand has well over a hundred National Parks, called Uthayaan Haeng Chaat in Thai. There are two types, i.e. National [inland] Parks and National Marine Parks. Besides these, there are also many Wildlife Sanctuaries and Forest Parks, known in Thai as Khet Raksah Phan Sat Pah and Wanna Uthayaan respectively.
