The Maha Nakhon Building in
Bangkok is Thailand's
highest skyscraper and stands 314 meters tall, just slightly taller than the
Sky Tower, which until 2016 held the record with a height of 309 meters (fig.).
The skyscraper is uniquely designed in the shape of a so-called pixelated
spiral, with cuboidal surfaces that cut into the side, apparently peeling
back the exterior surface layer to expose an inner layer.
