An ancient map on the interior wall of the Saigon Central Post Office (fig.) displays the telegraphic lines in South Vietnam in the past, as well as the Mae Khong River (fig.) Delta, which in Vietnamese is known as Cuu Long, i.e. the ‘Nine Dragons.
