  Hangzhou West Lake

China

A dragon boat, somewhat reminiscent of the Karaweik (fig.) on Kandawgyi Lake (fig.), but here on West Lake in Hangzhou, which is officially known as the West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The lake (fig.) has several islands and is surrounded by a variety of landscaped parks, including with pools filled with goldfish, Chinese-style bridges, pagoda, and pavilions.
