A Common Castor in dry-season form, spotted in Chiang Mai province. Above, it has rusty-orange wings, with brown lines and a tiny pale whitish spot near the front edge of each forewing. Below the pattern consists of alternating brownish and buff, wavy lines (fig.). See also List of Thai Insect Names.
