The Thai are a fun-loving people
and since Thailand annually has the most public holidays in the world work,
known in Thai as ngan (งาน), is regularly interrupted for festivities, which are
equally referred to as ngan (งาน)... So, you will not always be sure if you are
invited to a party or to work... In either case, the Thai are lay-backed and
will always uphold their philosophy of the three S's, which stand for Sanuk (สนุก);
Sabai (สบาย); and Suay (สวย), meaning 'have fun'; 'be happy'; and 'be pretty'...
This parade was held in Phanom Phrai, in the Isaan province of Roi Et, for the
occasion of the annual
Boon Bang Fai Rocket Festival on 14-15 June 2022.
