Reua Phra Thihnang Ananta Nagaraat (prow)

Thailand

The prow of Reua Phra Thihnang Ananta Nagaraat (fig.) is in the form of Ananta, the seven-headed serpent and king of the nagas.

This form of nagaraat, i.e. with seven heads, is associated with Satot Naka, the seven naga-children of the phayanaag, that are related to the legend of Wat Phrathat Phanom Woramahawihaan (fig.).
