  Tokay Gecko

Another one trying to hide in the corner of a ceiling of a house near Dan Saai in Loei province. In Thai these creatures are known as tukkae, an onomatopoeia. They are not easily seen, but do give themselves away by their loud and distinctive calls. See also List of Thai Animal Names and WILDLIFE PICTURES.
