Nahm phrik oung is a northern Thai style dish, made from dried chilies, ground pork, tomatoes, lemongrass and various herbs, which are all pounded and then cooked until the pork is done. It is typically eaten with sticky rice, some fresh and steamed vegetables, and kaeb moo crispy pork.
