  Plaster Bagworm

The Plaster Bagworm is the larva of the Phereoeca uterella, a moth commonly known as the household casebearer moth. Its larval case consists of a slender flat, spindle-shaped case, somewhat resembling a cantaloupe seed (fig.).

 

It is assembled from silken fiber and sand particles, as well as other debris. In Thai it known as non plok. See also List of Thai Insect Names.
