Despite its lengthy tail, this is but a juvenile Garden Fence Lizard (fig.), recognizable from the two faint yellowish stripes on its back, that run from the shoulder to the tail. This species of lizard is also referred to as Oriental Garden Lizard, Eastern Garden Lizard and Changeable Lizard. This one was spotted on a garden wall in Bangkok.
