Hong Kong

An ornamental jang jihn palm in a temple in Hong Kong. It is native to Southern China, which can be seen in its Thai name, i.e. jihn means ‘China´ or ‘Chinese’.

 

Thailand

And this one, in the photo on the right, stands in Korat, Thailand. In English, the plant is known as Reed Rhapis or Slender Lady Palm.
