Cendol is a dessert that consists of green, often worm-shaped (fig.), jelly-like, rice flour dumplings, which are known in Thai as lod chong or lod chong Thai.

 

It is eaten with coconut milk and syrup made of palm sugar, whilst additionally, crushed ice may be added as an optional extra.
