A Woolly-necked Stork, in the Rangoon Zoological Gardens, in Burma. It is almost entirely black, with a purplish shine, the woolly white neck, a white lower belly and undertail-coverts.

 

Thailand

This species' legs and bill are reddish-grey. The photo on the right is taken in Chiang Mai Zoo.
