Black and white silhouettes depicting various disciplines and sports that featured at the 8th SEAP Games, namely: 1. Shot put; 2. Table tennis; 3. Cycling; and 4. Track running. In black on each stamp is also the emblem of the 8th SEAP Games, i.e. an eight-pointed floral star made of two squares put together and decorated with kanok motifs, and at the centre a circle with the logo of the SEAP Games, i.e. a circle of six interlocking rings. In the background, in white print, spread over the four stamps, is the depiction of an all-weather running track as used in athletics, and which can be seen in full if the stamps are joined two-by-two in order of increasing value, as with se-tenant stamps.
