In different shades of blue, in the background, is an illustration depicting a patient laying in a hospital bed with an intravenous infusion, some visitors and hospital staff. In the center, in the foreground, is a red cross on a white diamond shape, with a red and blue border, referring to the colours of the Thai national flag, The denomination of 1.25 + 0.25 Baht indicates that after sales 0.25 Baht of the stamps value will be donated to the Thai Red Cross Society. In the bottom left side of the stamp is the Thai text than chuay chuay than (ท่านช่วย ช่วยท่าน), with a freely translated version of this text in English, i.e. ‘You[r] Help Helps You’.
