Postage stamp of 3 Baht with another 3 Baht postage stamp issued in 2005 (fig.), with the portrait of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, under whose royal patronage The Philatelists Association of Thailand was founded in 1975, initiated by some enthusiastic stamp collectors and senior officials of the then Post and Telegraph Department; the  Philatelists Association of Thailand's current logo, which itself features a stamp of 1 Solot, i.e. the very first stamp of the very first set of 3 Thai postage stamps, issued in 1883 AD and with a portrait of King Rama V; and the back of an ancient postcard with four stamped postage stamps of 1 Siyaw each, also with a portrait of King Chulalongkorn and the third and last stamp in the same first set.
