 Subject: 1. Cyrtandromoea grandiflora, known in Thai as dok rakhang doi (ดอกระฆังดอย), i.e. ‘mountain bell flower’; 2. Rhododendron arboreum ssp. delavayi, known in Thai as dok kham deang (ดอกคำแดง), i.e. ‘red word flower’; 3. the Hairy Climber, known by its botanical name Merremia vitifolia, and in Thai called dok jingjo leuang (ดอกจิงจ้อเหลือง), i.e. ‘yellow morning glory flower’; 4. Afgekia mahidolae, known in Thai as dok kan pai mahidon (ดอกกันภัยมหิดล), which may be translated as ‘mahidon preventing danger flower’, which since 1999 is the symbolic plant of the Mahidol University, i.e. the main university of medical sciences, as it has a long life span, the ability to sprout anew after withering away.
