Portrait of H.H. Prince Prisdang Chumsai and the logo commemorating the 125th anniversary of Thailand's accession to the Universal Postal Union (UPU), of which Thailand became a member on 1 July 1885. At that time, Prince Prisdang was a Thai ambassador to Europe and played an important role in helping Thailand to become a member of the UPU. Between 1885 and 1890, the prince was also Director-General of Posts and Telegraphs. In the top left corner is the logo of the National Communications Day, i.e. a stylized messenger pigeon.
