To mark the National Children's Day, with first prize winning drawings from the 1993 International Letter Writing Week stamp drawing competition for youth, with the themes ‘Kites decorate the Summer Sky’ for children up to 9 years (design 1), ‘Trees and Streams’ for children up to 12 years (design 2), and ‘Youth and Religion’ for children up to 15 years (design 3).
