  Lineated Barbet

A Lineated Barbet. It has an overall green mantle, yet a pale yellowish straw head and breast, streaked with brown (fig.). It has a bare yellowish orbital eye ring and its legs and large bill are yellowish-orange, with several black protruding hairs between the bill and the forehead, typical with barbets. It is very similar to the Brown-headed Barbet (fig.). See also List of Thai Animal Names.
