A Great Nawab, spotted in Stone Forest (fig.) near Kunming, in Yunnan. Its underwings are silvery white, with on each wing three linear, partially black-edged, yellowish-orange, band-like markings, one of which ends in a Y-shape.

 

Its upperwings are pale yellowish-white, with black edges and two long, bluish-grey spikes at the base of each of its hindwings.
