  Giant Indian Milkweed

Giant Indian Milkweed (fig.), which is also known as Crown Flower, is a shrub with the botanical name Calotropis gigantea.

 

It has yellowish-green stalks and light green, oval-shaped leaves, that are covered with tiny, whitish, down-like hairs, as well as clusters of waxy flowers, with five pointed petals and a small, quadrangular, bell-shaped crown at its center.
