  Chetsadabodin (Rama III)

Thailand

Statue of King Phra Nang Klao, who was born as Chetsadabodin. He introduced the use of crown titles in the Chakri dynasty, assuming the crown title Rama III for himself. He was the first son of Rama II, but because he was born to a non-royal concubine he was denied the title of Chao Fah, 'Lord of the Skies'.
