  Kayang Longnecks (brass coils)

Thailand

The Kayang Longnecks wear brass coils from the age of four. From then onward loops are added about every three year, until the age of fourteen.

Children wear just a single set of spiral-shaped rings, whereas the coils of adults consist of up to three individual sets of coils.
