Statue of Akshobhya, one of the five dhyani buddhas. He is the buddha of the East and he is portrayed with a blue complexion. His attribute is a vajra or scepter, and he is often accompanied by two elephants, which are here depicted at the bottom corners of the statue, left and right, underneath his lotus seat.
